Thank you to everyone who attended either or both of the first two planning meetings.

The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday evening, June 23, 7 - 9 PM. We will present a progress report, and continue our discussion and planning activities.

At the previous meeting, we promised to share the Frequencies used for Oregon HamWAN.

HamWAN Sector Antennas and Client Nodes use the following standard frequencies:

  • Sector Antennas Pointing North (0 degrees) use 5.920 GHz (10 MHz wide).
  • Sector Antennas Pointing SE (120 degrees) use 5.900 GHz (10 MHz wide).
  • Sector Antennas Pointing SW (240 degrees) use .5880 GHz (10 MHz wide).

I am still awaiting information from Ken on the standard frequencies used by Point-to-Point links. Once I receive this information, I will add it to the https://www.oregonhamwan.org website.
