We have a couple activities coming up this week.

Activity #2-------- Saturday Morning, St. Vincent Hospital AREDN Mesh Installation , Part
2.
Meet at the West Pavillion Entrance at 7:30AM. It'll be a hot day, so we'll start early.
We will finish installing and testing the system on the Roof.
This time it will go a lot smoother.
We Will be:
Running
Shielded CAT5 Cabling
Terminating
Cabling ( I bought the special kind of RJ-45 connector)
Connecting
up the 320 Watt Solar Power System
Extending
the Antenna Mounting area-- with Unistrut
Attaching
new Antenna Mounts to the Unistrut
We
will see how well the new JACK NUTS hold in the thin Tin wall.
If
it's still an issue, we will screw and glue J-Pipe Antenna Poles.
Populate
Power/Switch/Router Outdoor Box
Need
someone to go up a 10 foot ladder
Installing
and Aiming the AREDN Mesh Devices
Bottled
Water and Cold Snacks will be provided
Bring
a folding camp chair to sit in for Breaks.
We'll
start with Justin installing two devices up on the roof of the Enclosed HVAC Building.
That's
the only "risky" part of it. He's certified to climb roofs and I will be his Spotter.
Then
we will move on to the other Antenna Mounts on the Privacy Screen wall.
I
think it will move pretty fast.
The
helpers from last time were great.
I'd
love to have you back again this time.
And
we will be more organized.
Expect
it to run from 7:30AM to 10:30 or 11.
Hopefully,
they won't shut down Hwy 217 this time.
If
for some reason we don't finish by 11, we will quit at 11, and finish it another day.
The
forecast is 90 on Saturday, so we don't want to stay any later.
