I am pleased to announce that we will conduct our next Oregon HamWAN Status and Planning Meeting on Wednesday, December 1, 7:00 - 9:00 PM Pacific Time. The Zoom meeting information is at the end of this email.

  • Part 1: Status
    • The Larch Mountain (Puget Sound Data Ring) HamWAN Site is no longer available. For more information: http://mail.hamwan.org/pipermail/psdr/2021-October/003519.html .
    • We are close to deploying our first Oregon HamWAN Site. We hope to be able to announce the location and provide additional information at this meeting.
    • We need additional assistance with the technical aspects of deploying Oregon HamWAN, including Frequency Allocation, IP Allocation, Routing, VPN, and Mikrotik Configuration. If you can assist with any of these areas, we invite you to stick around for the second half of the meeting.
  • Part 2: Technical Planning
    • Discussion of Technical Planning Requirements including Frequency Allocation, IP Allocation, Routing, VPN, and Mikrotik Configuration.
